We ship locally and in most countries in the world using UPS courier services.
As we value every purchase, we do our best to ensure you receive your products as quickly as possible!
Domestic UPS (within UAE) / Next business day delivery / 33 AED
International Expedited UPS / 3 to 5 business days / 21 USD
Delivery times provided above are estimated based on information provided by UPS for packages sent Express Saver.
Sasha & Jo will process orders within 24 hours of confirmation, but does not take responsibility for any delays, errors or losses caused by UPS. Once we ship your product, we will send you a reference number for you to be able to track your shipment anytime.
Orders completed before 1 PM UAE time will be sent the same day for next business day delivery within the UAE.
Products ordered on Saturday after 1PM GST, as well as orders made on Sunday, will be processed the following Monday or next business day. Once the order has been processed the delivery address can't be changed without contacting Sasha & Jo directly at email@example.com.
Items shipped outside of the United Arab Emirates can be subject to duties, taxes, handling and/or other miscellaneous charges as defined by the country of import and this is 100% the responsibility of the buyer. These fees are not included in the cost of your order and therefore cannot be reimbursed by Sasha & Jo. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order. Once the order has been processed the delivery address can't be changed without contacting Sasha & Jo directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that we are not able to ship to an APO/FPO/DPO address.
At Sasha & Jo we do everything we can to ensure you are satisfied with each and every purchase and we always ensure strict quality controls before sending every bracelets. For this reason, all purchases made on our website are final sale and cannot be exchanged, returned, refunded or cancelled.
In the unlikelihood that you receive a defective product, please don’t worry we’ll happily send you a new one based on inventory availability and receipt of the returned defective product.
All we need is for you to first notify us at email@example.com within 48 hours of order delivery with a clear photograph as proof of the damage/defect will be required. We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, and have remained in the original packaging (box + pouch). If all these conditions are met, please ship your product back to us using a registered courier/postal service. Once the package has been delivered back to us, we will send you a replacement bracelet or issue a full refund should that item be out of stock.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with and or not sent back in its original packaging.
Finally, we are not responsible for lost/missing packages and we cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged. Please insure the package for the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. We are not responsible for missing packages.
