WHAT IS A Sasha & Jo crew?

At Sasha & Jo we like to refer to our affiliates or brand ambassadors as Sasha & Jo crew. Our crew are part of our Sasha & Jo community and essential to help us promote brand awareness. So, if you are a Sasha & Jo fan and brag about our bracelets to your friends and family, why not make some extra cash at the same time? Our Sasha & Jo crew are fun, trendy individuals with a positive attitude. They are motivated in their activities and help us spread the word about our brand while earning cash along the way!

HOW DOES IT WORK?

First, as a Sasha & Jo crew affiliate you will enjoy a 20% discount on all our products, but it doesn’t stop there, you will also be rewarded a 20% commission on order value (not including extra fees such as tax, shipping cost, ...) every time your friends and family shop through your Sasha & Jo crew affiliate shopping link. Did we mention that your family and friends will also receive 15% off when they shop using your personal discount code?

To become Sasha & Jo crew, you must be active on social media platforms and over the age of 13.

We are currently accepting applications from United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and US residents.

DOES Sasha & Jo crew NEED TO MEET A CERTAIN SALES QUOTA OR AMOUNT?

Not at all! The Sasha & Jo crew affiliate program is for you to do what you wish to do. Obviously, crew affiliates who spend more time and initiative more sales will get the highest commissions.

Sasha & Jo crew AFFILIATE RULES

Your participation in the Sasha & Jo crew affiliate program is governed by the Goaffpro’s Terms and Privacy Policy which contains all the rules of the program. These rules are particularly important so please read them carefully.

As per Sasha & Jo company policy, please also take the time to check out the rules:

You must be 13 or older to become part of the Sasha & Jo crew affiliate program
Follow Sasha & Jo Bracelets @sashaandjobracelets on Instagram
Don’t post your Sasha & Jo crew link / discount code to any posts from Sasha & Jo accounts or stores who carry our products
Please don’t share your Sasha & Jo crew link / discount code in the comment section of any Sasha & Jo Bracelets social media posts or channels (i.e. Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc...)
It is strictly forbidden to add your Sasha & Jo crew link / discount code to coupon sites as well as using your link in ads from Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc... Our team often checks these sites and should we find your Sasha & Jo crew discount code / link added to one of these coupon sites, you will immediately be notified and be removed from the Sasha & Jo crew affiliate program.
You are not authorized to sell Sasha & Jo products at any events of any kind. Our events team handles all event selling and there is no physical direct selling of Sasha & Jo products by our Sasha & Jo crew, all sales must be generated via digital platforms
Do not go into stores that sell Sasha & Jo products and share your link / discount code with customers. If we get informed of our members doing so, they will be removed from the program
You can’t use any other offers or promotions in conjunction with your discount code.

Please keep in mind that Sasha & Jo crew affiliate program is to bring new clients to the brand and help spread the Sasha & Jo vibe in a positive and tolerant manner. All our Sasha & Jo crew are caring and respectful individuals. No abuse, prejudice or negativity will be tolerated from our crew.

WHAT ARE THE Sasha & Jo crew REWARD TIERS?

As part of the Sasha & Jo affiliate program, we want to show our gratitude and reward our Sasha & Jo crew the more sales they make. They will therefore move into different reward tiers as they make more sales. The more sales, the more tiers they will move up.

Our Sasha & Jo crew affiliate program currently has five reward tiers:

Bronze Status: after 5 sales keep an eye out for your exclusive Sasha & Jo bracelet and your own Sasha & Jo crew kit

Silver Status: you’ve made 10 sales, we’re sending you 5 friendship bracelets the colors of your choice

Gold Status: after 15 sales, we’ll send you one bracelet of your choice

Platinum Status: you’ve made 25 sales, enjoy two bracelets of your choice

Platinum Plus Status: you've reached an amazing 45 sales, enjoy five bracelets of your choice

You will be notified by email any time you move up to the next tier. You will only receive each reward once; sales do not reset with each new month or year.

WHEN ARE COMMISSIONS PROCESSED AND REWARDS SHIPPED?

We process the commissions via PayPal once a month around the 10th of the month. For example, if you made a sale anytime in June (1st- 30th), we will process your commission around the 10th of July.

As soon as you reach a tier, we will notify you when your reward is being processed and shipped along with the UPS tracking number. Please ensure that the shipping address you have provided us with is correct in order to receive your reward.

Please remember we only process the rewards once a month, so if you reached a new tier in January, your reward will be shipped in February.

CAN I CHANGE MY Sasha & Jo crew DISCOUNT CODE?

Unfortunately we can’t change the discount code once it is in the system.

CAN MY Sasha & Jo crew DISCOUNT CODE BE USED WITH OTHER DISCOUNT?

Since our website only accepts one discount coupon code at a time, your Sasha & Jo crew discount code cannot be combined with any other discount code during checkout. This applies to your Sasha & Jo crew links too. If another discount code is added to the order, it will cancel the shopping link and show as a “Denied” sale in your affiliate account. Unfortunately, we will then not be able to process any commission.

The good news is that during any sitewide sales, you can still earn commission for sales when someone uses your Sasha & Jo crew link.

WHY WON'T MY Sasha & Jo crew DISCOUNT CODE WORK?

Sometimes things can be out of our control where your Sasha & Jo crew discount code / link won’t work on an order, so it is important to inform your friends & family and of course notify us at crew@sasha-jo.com as soon as possible. We will always try to solve these issues as soon as possible.

AFFILIATE ACCOUNT VIA GOAFFPRO

Your affiliate account will be your go-to for everything you need. Simply log in on our affiliate account page. All affiliate accounts are created through a company called Goaffpro where you can keep track of your sales and commission, update payment info, shipping or find your code and link. You will also find tools you need to help you promote your Sasha & Jo faves in the “Creatives” section.

Once you log in, Sasha & Jo crew can access the following:

Account settings
PayPal information
Discount code
Affiliate shopping link
Commission details
Payment history

Please note you can’t purchase products through your affiliate account.

Sasha & Jo crew EMAILS

We will be communicating with you by email to keep you updated & informed. You will be receiving emails from the Sasha & Jo affiliate program for the following reasons:

When you get accepted into the program
Sasha & Jo crew social media content, this will include photos to share, important info and any updates about Sasha & Jo in the “Creatives” section
Order processing and tracking of affiliate rewards / commissions
Reward notification emails for sales made that upgrade you to a new tier. Please note we will not send an email every time you make a sale

If you are having trouble receiving any of these emails, make sure your email address you have subscribed with is correct. If you are still not receiving them, please email us at crew@sasha-jo.com.

THE Sasha & Jo crew AFFILIATE LINK

The Sasha & Jo crew affiliate link allows your friends and family to shop directly at Sasha & Jo and for you to enjoy your commission from all sales made from that link. It also allows your friends and family to have a 15% discount with your personal discount code.

The link takes them directly to the website and processes your commission in our system. This will last up to 30 days. That doesn’t mean your discount code is only active for 30 days. Whenever someone has clicked on your shopping link and goes back to the website in the next 30 days your discount code will still be added to their order.

This link will also work during our sitewide sales as well give you commission for sales. It will not however give the customer an extra discount, so make sure to inform with your friends and family.

SALES AND COMMISSIONS FAQ

HOW DO I GET PAID FOR MY SALES?

We pay our Sasha & Jo crew commissions via PayPal to make payments as easy and quick as possible. To apply as Sasha & Jo crew, you are required to have a PayPal account. If you don’t already have one, go to paypal.com to create your account. Without a PayPal account connected to your Sasha & Jo crew account, we won’t be able to pay your commission. It is a free service that is very fast and simple to sign up for.

For our Junior Sasha & Jo crew, as you have to be minimum 18 years old to open a PayPal account, we strongly suggest that not only should they subscribe to our affiliate program under the supervision of a parent or guardian but also discuss and agree with them on the use their PayPal account.

While applying for the affiliate program, you must fill out your PayPal email address in the field titled “PayPal email address”. Please know that this must be the email you use to log into your PayPal account, NOT your Sasha & Jo link.

Sasha & Jo crew are paid each 15th of the month so you will receive an email from PayPal as soon as your commissions are being processed.

Once you are accepted into the program you can enter your PayPal email in your Goaffpro Dashboard.

CREATE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT

If you don’t have a Personal PayPal account already (we cannot accept “Business” accounts), you can make one here! We suggest that you use the same email address that you use to log into your affiliate account, although this is not compulsory.

From here, we recommend adding a debit card or linking your checking account. Once you’re done setting up your account, make sure you add your PayPal login email address to payments settings in your Goaffpro account and press “Save Changes”.

HOW DO I TRACK MY SALES AND COMMISSIONS?

Just log in to your Goaffpro affiliate account with the email and password you created while signing up for the affiliate program. This will allow you to track your sales and the commissions you earn. Just a kind reminder that your discount code offers 15% off sales and you will receive 20% commission on each order placed through your link or with your personal discount code.

Please note that our program system doesn’t allow you to see who purchased using your code.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I'M MISSING A COMMISSION?

Please notify us at crew@sasha-jo.com ensuring you include the date and order ID numbers shown, your Sasha & Jo crew affiliate account email & PayPal email (if they’re different) to give us a better idea of which sale may be missing from your account.

WHY IS THERE A NEGATIVE COMMISSION AMOUNT IN MY AFFILIATE ACCOUNT?

Our system is automatically adjusting for returned or canceled orders. If you see a negative balance inside your affiliate account, this is because the payment was sent followed by a returned or canceled order.

HOW TO CANCEL MY Sasha & Jo crew ACCOUNT?

We would be deeply sorry to hear if you no longer want to be part of the Sasha & Jo crew but would totally understand. Simply email us at crew@sasha-jo.com and let us know so we can cancel your affiliate account for you.
